VACANCY: Part-Time Project Manager – Heritage Project

The PCC of Cowley St John is seeking a part-time Project Manager (approx. 15 hours/week) to oversee the delivery of a major National Lottery Heritage Fund project at St Mary & St John, Cowley Road, Oxford.

The role will include managing building works schedules in collaboration with the architect, coordinating community engagement activities, working with professional advisers, and ensuring financial and reporting compliance in collaboration with Wenn Townsend, local accountants and auditors.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong project management experience- Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with charities, heritage, or community projects
  • Strong financial management experience (desired)

Salary: approx. £15 -20/hour.

Contract: fixed term, 12 months.

We anticipate the post to begin Early May 2026 or thereafter.
